31.  Choice D is the correct answer.  Placental previa presents usually after 20 weeks as painless vaginal bleeding.  Placental abruption typically has pain associated with vaginal bleeding.  Ectopic pregnancy would have caused a problem likely before this point and would be associated with pain.  The fetal heart tones are normal.  At this stage of the pregnancy it is the best indicator of fetal well being making miscarriage unlikely.
